Our Parish communications system helps to simplify a
range of existing administration tasks, and allows you provide facilities
that would otherwise not be possible.

Update and maintain all parish information
- including mass times, parish contacts, baptism etc. records,
parish groups and committees.

You can add selected pieces of information
to your website. Therefore, any changes to your information
will automatically update your website - it will also update
the diocesan records if they are using CathCom's
Diocesan Communications System.

Contact groups of people - either members
of a certain group, or leaders from a range of groups.

Parish groups can update their own information
- and therefore their own sections of the site

- Create a weekly newletter from information in the system, and send
it out to anyone who wants to sign up to it by e-mail.
- Print off baptismal certificates.
