Your website will have a noticeboard where people can leave messages - this helps makes your website "interactive" (just drop in that keyword) and could help build communication and possibly community in your parish/organisation.

Obviously allowing people to enter information on your website raises concerns - therefore you will have a system where you can choose whether you want to approve people's messages before they appear on your site (which is advisable).

This may be a facility which you are not sure about - so we have made it possible to activate it and deactivate it easily.
