One facility which you may find very useful is your newsletter. You simply select the information that you want to include on it - such as which announcements, groups, event etc. and it will pull together all this information and create a newsletter from it. You can then send it to everyone who signs up for it.

For people to sign up to your website - they merely have to enter their email address on your website - you do not have to do anything.
