We provide a range of services from basic hosting of websites and e-mail systems to complete administration systems that allows all diocesan and parish information to be stored, updated and managed easily. It allows you to use this information for administration purposes - such as contacts' lists and mailing labels.

You can also create queries and reports on people, buildings, parishes and organisations within the diocese. It is also possible to drop the information into a website - maintained by the built in Content Management System. This means updating the website is kept to a minimum - as many of the changes are done simply by updating the information held in the system. The Content Management System also allows you to give people the ability to update certain sections of the site - it does not all have to be done by one person.

Crucially, you can control the amount of information each person can view. For each area of information - and each section of the website - you can choose whether a person can view the information, whether they can edit it, delete or add new records.

This provides the diocese with a communication system that works on every level, and ties in with similar system available for Deaneries, Pastoral Areas and Parishes.
