Deaneries

Our Communications System for Deaneries enables a deanery to create a website with minimal effort. If the parishes in the deanery already use the parish system then the details of mass times, priests etc. can automatically be added to the website. You would also be able to comminicate with people, and find expertise accross the whole deanery.

You can also create queries and reports on people, buildings, parishes and organisations within the deanery. As a deanery is less likely to have full time personnel. This system is perfect for deaneries as the work to maintain it is done by the parishes (in maintaining their own website and communication system) and then all the information and facilities are available to the deanery. This means updating the website is kept to a minimum. The Content Management System also allows you to give people the ability to update certain sections of the site - it does not all have to be done by one person.

You can also control the amount of information each person can view. For each area of information - and each section of the website - you can choose whether a person can view the information, whether they can edit it, delete or add new records.

This provides the deanery with a communication system that works on every level, and ties in with similar system available for the Diocese, Pastoral Areas and Parishes.
