This is a communications tool that will totally revolutionise the way you work. It will bring you easier ways to communicate and simpler ways to manage your administration. It will also allow you to provide facilities and opportunities that, until now, have not been possible.
As all our systems have our network of Catholic Information as their foundation, it will bring you a wealth of information. It will also allow you to share your information with others in many different ways. Despite this it is also possible to keep your information totally confidential from others and set up unique sections just for your organisation.
This new System has been built by CathCom using a variety of the latest technology. However, it is also built on the foundations of Church Information that we have developed over the past 10 years. We have used this information to provide services to the Church as a whole during this time and this is an exiting extension of that service.
We will be able to provide far more facilities to dioceses and organisations not only to allow them to provide facilities and carry out tasks that previously would not have been possible, but also to make existing work easier. Often the two will go hand in hand enhancing internal and external communications hugely.
We are setting up this system for dioceses, parishes and organisation throughout the Church. As well as all of the standard features - which can be seen in the Features Overview - we can set up bespoke sections to allow you to manage/share/gather your own specific information - no matter how individual it is to you.
These sections will be provided with the same professional style and ease of use that our generic systems enjoy. Although, as you would expect, these section may cost more, they are still comparatively cheap. And if there is the possibility that others may use the system for use with their own information, we may build it and add it as one of our standard facilities - and adjust the price you pay accordingly.

There is a complete Content Management System, which allow you to edit your webpages
without any experience at all. You can upload pictures, streaming media (play sound or video files), documents (Word/PDF/Powerpoint to name just a few).
You can add information - or even a search facility - from our online Catholic Directory to your site. You can add information from your
own database to the site. Newsletters, Noticeboards, Event booking form and feedback forms can also be dropped into a page. Each of these also has a management
section built into the system.
Diary
Add appointments and invite others. Check when other people appear to be free before setting a date and time
E-mail
Access your e-mail through the system - without having to login again. Use information from the
online Catholic Directory to send out e-mails/group emails. Spell check and E-mail translator included
Building/Property management
Keep track of all properties/deeds/safety inspection/insurance that you hold.
